2SLGBTQ+ Safe Space Workshop Presented by Adrianna Oceguera In-Person
This interactive workshop will provide faculty and staff with the tools and knowledge to create and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for 2SLGBTQ+ students. Participants will explore the significance of affirming language, understanding diverse gender identities and sexual orientations, and how to foster an atmosphere where all students feel respected and supported.
By attending, you will gain practical strategies for responding to discrimination, addressing microaggressions, and engaging in meaningful allyship.
